The bag is part of the story.Kraft paper. Bilingual. Recyclable.
Natural kraft paper. Bilingual labeling. Designed to say nothing about where we source — and everything about the quality inside.
Every Novelo bag is made from natural kraft paper — unbleached, recyclable, and built to hold freshly roasted coffee without compromise. Inside, a food-grade barrier lining keeps moisture and oxygen out. On the front, the only numbers that matter: the SCA score.
The four Novelo bags.
Each lot gets its own label color — Dawn in earthy charcoal, Mist in deep wine plum, Dusk in near-black, Bloom in deep forest emerald. Kraft paper body, gold wordmark, minimal gloss.
Final packaging design is in development. Production samples will be available Q3 2026.
What's inside the bag, what the bag is made of.
Bilingual is the baseline. We go further.
Under Canada's Consumer Packaging and Labelling Act, all packaged goods sold in Canada must display product name, net quantity, and dealer information in both English and French. Every Novelo bag meets that requirement — and adds tasting notes, brew guidance, origin statements, and storage instructions in both languages too.
