Facts, not marketing.
All Arabica in the world traces back to Ethiopia. Growing coffee where the plant originated means indigenous heirloom varietals and centuries of cultivation knowledge in every cup.
Fully washed processing preserves the classic Ethiopian floral cup — jasmine and bergamot up front, stone fruit sweetness underneath.
Cupped and scored by a certified professional Q-grader against the SCA Arabica Cupping Form. Full results will be published on our Q-grade page at launch.
Ethiopian washed lots regularly score in the high 80s. Our target profile places Bloom firmly in Excellent grade alongside Mist and Dawn.
