Uganda grows some of the world's most complex, layered specialty coffee. Canadians have access to almost none of it.
We built Novelo to fix that.
Every lot we source goes through a professional Q-grade evaluation before roasting. Every product page shows the real SCA scores. Every bag we ship is traceable back to the farming community that grew it.
We are based in Toronto, Ontario. Our beans come from the highlands of Uganda. Our standard is Excellent — literally.
A note on packaging: our bags are printed on recyclable kraft stock with water-based inks — deliberately eco-friendly and cost-effective. Every dollar we don't spend on flashy printing goes back to the farmers and keeps the coffee affordable.
